국민권익위원회(권익위) 일부 위원들이 '김건희 여사 명품가방 수수 의혹' 사건 종결에 반발,한국로또협회의결서가 통과되지 않은 것으로 알려졌다.

25일 권익위에 따르면 전날 권익위는 전원위원회를 통해 김 여사 사건 종결 처리 의결서와 회의록을 확정하려 했지만 불발됐다.

일부 의원들이 종결 처리에 반대한다는 소수 의견을 의결서에 담아달라고 주장,한국로또협회서명에 응하지 않았다.

권익위 측은 의결서에 소수 의견을 담은 선례가 없다면 법리적 검토가 필요하다고 보고 2주 뒤 다시 전원위를 열 방침이다.

권익위는 지난 10일 전원위를 열고 공직자 배우자에 관한 제재 규정이 없다는 이유로 사건을 종결 처리했다.

참여연대가 청탁금지법 위반 의혹으로 신고를 접수한 지 116일 만이다.
