(부산=연합뉴스) 차근호 기자 = 밀양 집단 성폭행 사건 가해자 중 한명의 부산 지역 내 거주지와 직장이 온라인에 공개되면서 파문이 일고 있다.

4일 사회관계망서비스(SNS)등에 따르면 밀양 집단 성폭행 가해자에 대해 신상 공개를 해오던 한 유튜버가 지난 1일 부산 거주 가해자의 신상을 공개했다.

개명한 이름과 가해자가 거주하는 아파트 동·호수,2023-2024 UEFA 유로파리그 4강직장 이름까지 밝혔다.

그러자 해당 아파트 이름은 유명 부동산 앱 실시간 검색어 1위에 올랐고,댓글 창에는 비난 글이 잇따라 달려졌다.

A씨가 재직 중인 부산의 한 기업도 지난 3일 입장문을 내고 "당사는 최근 논란이 되는 사안에 대해 매우 심각하게 받아들이고 있으며,2023-2024 UEFA 유로파리그 4강이에 해당 직원을 퇴사 처리했다"고 밝히기도 했다.

그러자 해당 회사 홈페이지에는 네티즌들의 칭찬 게시글이 남겨지기도 했다.

가해자가 사는 아파트의 관리사무소에도 신상 공개 이후 수십통이 확인 전화가 빗발친 것으로 전해진다.

경남 밀양 성폭행 사건은 2004년 44명의 가해자가 미성년자를 1년여간 집단 성폭행한 사건이다.

하지만 가해자 중 10명만이 재판에 넘겨졌고,5명은 장·단기 소년원 송치,5명은 80시간 사회봉사명령 처분에 그쳤다.

이에 처벌이 제대로 되지 않은 대표적인 사건으로 손꼽히며,최근 일부 유튜버들을 중심으로 논란 속 사적 제재가 이어지고 있다.
