한국철도공사(이하 코레일) 서울본부에서 원인을 알 수 없는 불이 났다.발생 1시간 20여분만에 큰 불길을 잡는 등 초진이 완료됐지만,도버스트릿마켓화재로 인한 전산 장애 탓에 전국 대부분 역사에서 현장 발권에 차질이 빚어지고 있다.

6일 연합뉴스 보도에 따르면,도버스트릿마켓이날 오전 9시 40분쯤 서울 용산구 동자동 코레일 서울본부 건물 3층에서 원인을 알 수 없는 불이 났다.신고를 받고 오전 9시45분쯤 현장에 도착한 소방당국은 차량 46대와 소방인력 177명을 동원해 진화 작업을 벌였다.불은 발생 1시간 20여분 후인 11시3분쯤 초진이 완료됐다.이 여파로 청파로 숙대입구역 교차로에서 서울역 서부 교차로 방면 도로가 전면 통제됐으나,도버스트릿마켓순차적으로 정상화되고 있다.열차도 정상 운행 중이다.

그러나 화재로 인해 전산 장애가 발생하면서 서울역,익산역,도버스트릿마켓광주송정역을 제외한 전국 대부분 역 창구에서 승차권 조회·발매·환불 작업이 차질을 빚고 있다.코레일 관계자는 열차 이용 고객에게 역 창구 대신 모바일앱‘코레일톡’을 이용해달라고 당부했다.
