현대건설은 이에 맞춰 각 현장에 적정 온도(18~25도)와 습도(50~55%)가 유지되는 휴게공간을 조성하고 깨끗한 물과 제빙기 등의 비품을 비치했다.수박화채,프리미어리그 득점 순위이온음료,쿨토시 등을 지급하는 이벤트도 실시할 예정이다.또 현장 수요 대응을 위해 이온음료 제조사와 업무협약도 체결했다.

아울러 임직원들이 관련 내용을 숙지하도록 온열질환 예방 사례집을 배포하고,각종 홍보물을 온오프라인 등을 통해 게시했다.

이와 함께 여름철 기상 이변에 대비해 현장 곳곳에 기상특보 깃발과 전광판을 설치했다.

현대건설 관계자는 "열사병이 중대재해처벌법상 직업성 질병에 포함된 만큼 근로자 안전보건 관리를 위해 '3GO!프로그램'을 전사 차원에서 시행하고,프리미어리그 득점 순위내재화할 수 있는 교육과 점검 활동을 마련했다"고 밝혔다.
