목동택지지구 나머지 재건축 단지도 탄력받을 듯
최고 49층 이하,2173세대로 건립…공공 273세대

[서울=뉴시스] 조현아 기자 = 서울 양천구 목동 6단지 아파트가 최고 49층 높이의 아파트 단지로 재건축된다.

서울시는 지난 3일 열린 제6차 도시계획위원회 분과소위원회에서 양천구 '목동6단지 아파트 재건축 정비계획 수립 및 정비구역 지정·경관 심의안'을 수정 가결했다고 4일 밝혔다.

목동6단지는 목동택지개발지구 관문에 위치한 곳으로 안양천,티켓링크 야구 자동배정이대목동병원,티켓링크 야구 자동배정목동종합운동장 등이 인접해있고 지상 공원화를 조성하고 있는 국회대로가 가까이 있어 주거입지 여건이 손꼽히는 지역이다.

목동택지지구 14개 단지 중 가장 먼저 재건축을 추진하는 목동 6단지는 신속통합기획 가이드라인에 따라 정비구역 지정·정비계획안을 마련했다.

이번 결정에 따라 목동6단지는 용적률 299.87%를 적용하고 최고 49층 이하,티켓링크 야구 자동배정15개 동 2173세대(공공주택 273세대)로 재건축하게 된다.

대상지 북측 도로(목동동로) 25m와 서측 도로(목동동로18길) 15m를 각각 5m,티켓링크 야구 자동배정4m 확폭하고,티켓링크 야구 자동배정경관녹지 2개소를 연결해 보행·녹지 네트워크를 강화한다.

마이스(MICE: 기업회의·포상관광·컨벤션·전시) 단지로 개발 예정인 목동종합운동장·유수지와의 연결을 위해 국회대로 상부에 입체 보행육교를 세우고,안양천으로의 접근성을 높이기 위해 엘리베이터도 계획했다.

목동지구 내 다른 13개 단지도 자문·입안 절차를 병행추진할 수 있는 신속통합기획 자문사업을 진행하고 있는 만큼 정비구역 결정이 가속화될 전망이다.

한병용 서울시 주택실장은 "이번 목동6단지 재건축으로 다른 단지들도 탄력을 받아 목동지구 전체의 주거환경이 크게 개선될 것으로 기대한다"고 말했다.
