[헤럴드경제=채상우 기자] 윤석열 대통령 배우자 김건희 여사를 '살인자'라고 비난한 더불어민주당 전현희 의원이 경찰에 고발됐다.

시민단체 서민민생대책위원회(서민위)는 전 의원을 인권유린·직권남용·모욕 등 혐의로 서울경찰청에 고발했다고 15일 밝혔다.

서민위는 전 의원이 국회 법제사법위원회 '검사 탄핵' 청문회에서 한 발언에 대해 "청문회 논질을 외면한 수준 낮은 언행이자 중대 범죄"라고 주장했다.

전 의원은 전날 법사위 청문회에서 최근 권익위 간부 사망과 김 여사 명품가방 수수 사건 종결의 연관성을 주장하며 "김건희가 살인자다",한국 일본 야구 반응"김건희·윤석열이 국장을 죽인 것이다"라고 말해 논란을 빚은 바 있다.

서민위는 고발장에서 "(전 위원은) 권익위원장 출신으로 누구보다 인권을 존중해야 함에도 국회의원 면책특권을 악용한 패륜적 망언을 했다"고 비판했다.

한편 국민의힘 이종배 서울시의원도 16일 전 의원을 정보통신망법상 명예훼손 혐의로 서울경찰청에 고발하겠다고 예고했다.
