[세종=뉴시스]임소현 기자 = 경북 예천의 한 양돈농장에서 아프리카돼지열병(ASF)이 발생했다.방역당국은 인접한 시·군에 24시간 일시이동중지명령을 내리고 해당 농장 돼지를 살처분하는 등 긴급방역조치에 나섰다.

ASF 중앙사고수습본부는 7일 900여마리 돼지를 사육하는 경북 예천군 양돈농장에서 돼지 폐사 등 신고에 따른 정밀검사 결과 ASF 양성이 확인됐다고 밝혔다.

중수본은 ASF 확산 방지를 위해 해당 농장에 초동방역팀·역학조사반을 파견해 외부인·가축·차량의 농장 출입을 통제하고 있다.

역학조사와 함께 해당 농장에서 사육 중인 돼지는 긴급행동지침(SOP) 등에 따라 살처분할 계획이다.

아울러 발생지역 오염을 차단하기 위해 가용한 소독 자원을 동원,예천군 소재 양돈농장 및 주변 도로를 집중 소독한다.

또한 7일 오전 6시부터 8일 오전 6시까지 24시간 동안 경북 예천군 및 인접 6개 시·군(문경,로또번호 생성기 만들기상주,의성,안동,영주,단양)의 양돈농장·도축장·사료공장 등 축산관계시설 종사자 및 차량에 대해 일시이동중지 명령을 발령하고 이동제한 기간 중 집중 소독할 예정이다.

중수본 관계자는 "아프리카돼지열병이 확산되지 않도록 관계기관 및 지자체는 신속한 살처분,정밀검사,집중소독 등 방역 조치에 총력을 기울여 달라"며 "양돈농가에서는 농장 내·외부를 철저히 소독하고 야생멧돼지 출몰지역 입산 자제,축사 출입 시 장화 갈아신기 등 기본적인 방역수칙을 준수해야 한다"고 말했다.
