외래진료 횟수는 매해 1월 1일~12월 31일을 기준으로 산정하지만,야구 선수 싸인올해는 제도 시행일인 7월 1일부터 산정합니다.

본인 부담 차등화 시행은 의학적으로 필요도가 낮은 불필요한 의료 남용에 대해 관리를 강화하겠다는 의도입니다.

2021년 기준 외래 의료 이용 횟수가 365회를 넘는 사람은 2천 550명이었습니다.이들에 대해 국민건강보험공단 재정에서 급여비로 투입한 액수는 251억 4천 500만 원에 달했습니다.

한국 국민의 연간 외래 이용 횟수는 2021년 기준 15.7회로,경제협력개발기구(OECD) 평균인 5.9회보다 3배 가까이 높은 수치입니다.

환자는 자신이 365회를 초과하는 외래진료를 받았는 지를 국민건강보험 누리집(www.nhis.or.kr)에 접속해 'The건강보험 앱→건강iN→나의건강관리→진료 및 투약정보'를 조회하면 확인이 가능합니다.
