삭제 요청은 아동 성 착취물이 등재됐으나 사이트 자체는 합법적인 것으로 표시될 경우 회원국에 삭제 요청을 하는 기능이다.차단 요청은 아동 성 착취물이 등재된 사이트가 불법 사이트로 분류될 경우에 활용한다.회원국은 수사 과정에서 불법 사이트로 판단되는 사이트를 발견할 경우 아이나래를 통해 다른 회원국 전부에 해당 사이트 URL 차단을 요청할 수 있다.삭제 또는 차단 요청을 받은 회원국은 자국의 절차에 따라 삭제·차단을 진행한다.

경찰청은 “아이나래를 매개로 한 국제연대 강화를 통해 피해자의 잊힐 권리가 실질적으로 실현되도록 최선을 다하겠다”며 “전 세계의 나라들이 아동 성 착취물 근절에 동참할 수 있기를 희망한다”고 말했다.
