26일 가요계에 따르면 첸백시와 소속사 아이앤비100(INB100)은 전날 서울 성동경찰서에 SM 이성수 CAO(Chief A＆R Officer)와 탁영준 공동대표를 특정경제범죄가중처벌등에관한법률(특경법)상 사기 혐의로 고소·고발했다.

첸백시 측은 SM이 음반·음원 유통사 카카오가 수수료율 5.5％를 적용하게 해 주겠다고 약속했는데 이를 지키지 않았고,동행복권홈패이지첸백시 멤버들의 개인 활동으로 발생한 매출액 10％의 이득을 얻는 방법으로 이득을 가로챘다고 주장했다.

지난해 6월 불투명한 정산 등을 문제 삼으며 SM과 대립한 첸백시는 매출 10％를 로열티로 지급하는 조건으로 SM과 갈등을 봉합한 바 있다.

첸백시는 최근 기자회견을 열고 SM의 이러한 요구가 부당하다며 갈등을 재점화했다.SM은 "당사와 첸백시와의 전속계약은 현재도 유효하다"며 "개인 법인을 통해 개인 활동을 하는 것을 허용하는 한편,동행복권홈패이지첸백시는 개인 법인 매출의 10％를 지급하는 등으로 합의서에 스스로 날인했다"고 설명했다.
