[대구=뉴시스] 김정화 기자 = 경찰 인사 비리 의혹과 관련해 금품을 수수한 혐의로 전 치안감이 구속됐다.

정석원 대구지법 영장전담 부장판사는 5일 "증거인멸 및 도주 우려가 있다"며 제3자뇌물취득 혐의로 전 치안감 A씨에 대한 구속영장을 발부했다.

앞서 구속 전 피의자 심문(영장실질심사)를 마치고 나온 전 치안감 A씨는 "힘들게 해서 죄송하다"고 짧게 말했다.이후 돈을 받은 것을 인정하냐는 질문에는 "네 인정합니다"라고 말했다.

추가로 밝혀질 혐의가 있을 것이냐는 질문에는 "여기서 답하는 것은 적절하지 않은 것 같다"고 답했다.
