10일 법조계에 따르면 서울중앙지법은 형사8단독 강경묵 판사는 도로교통법상 음주측정 거부 및 교통사고처리특례법상 치상 혐의로 약식기소된 김정훈에게 벌금 1000만원의 약식명령을 내렸다.앞서 검찰은 김씨를 지난 2월 벌금 1000만원에 약식기소했다.

김정훈은 지난해 12월 29일 오전 3시 30분쯤 서울 강남구 일원동 남부순환로에서 진로를 변경해 앞서가던 차량과 부딪치는 사고를 냈다.

현장에 출동한 경찰이 세 차례 음주 측정을 요구했지만 김정훈은 이를 거부해 경찰서로 임의 동행했다.경찰은 김정훈을 음주 측정 거부 및 교통사고처리 특례법상 치상 혐의로 검찰에 불구속 송치했다.

앞서 김정훈은 지난 2011년 7월에도 음주운전 혐의로 입건돼 면허 취소 판정을 받았다.
