유학생 신분으로 입국해 합성대마 등을 판매한 베트남 국적의 밀수조직 일당이 세관에 적발됐다.

부산본부세관은 마약류관리법 위반 등의 혐의로 마약 공급책 A(21대·여) 씨 등 4명을 구속 송치했다고 24일 밝혔다.

A 씨 등은 지난해 9월부터 올해 1월까지 합성대마 460ml,브리스틀 시티 대 웨스트 햄 통계낙태약 59정을 밀수입해 국내에 유통한 혐의를 받고있다.

합성 대마는 주로 진통 효과를 위해 개발된 화학 물질로 천연 대마의 향정신성 성분보다 85배가 넘는 환각 효과가 있는 것으로 알려졌다.

세관 조사 결과 이들은 전국 대학의 유학생 신분으로 입국한 불법 체류자로 확인됐다.

특히 이들은 인조 꽃다발 등에 마약을 숨겨 밀수입,브리스틀 시티 대 웨스트 햄 통계SNS를 통해 주문받는 방식으로 국내에 유통·판매했다.

또한 A 씨 등은 대구,브리스틀 시티 대 웨스트 햄 통계창원,브리스틀 시티 대 웨스트 햄 통계세종 일대에서 베트남 국적의 구매자 대상으로 던지기 수법을 이용해 마약을 판매한 것으로 드러났다.

세관은 8개월 간의 수사 끝에 이들을 차례대로 검거했다.세관 관계자는 "현재 베트남에 거주하는 총책 1명에 대해서는 인터폴에 적색수배를 요청해놓은 상태다"라며 "최근 SNS에서 신종 마약류의 국내 거래가 확산되고 있는 것으로 파악되어 이를 근절하기 위해 공급선과 유통망을 끝까지 추적해 반드시 검거해 나가겠다"라고 말했다.
