아우디와 폭스바겐 전기차 전 차종에 LG에너지솔루션과 삼성SDI 등 국산 배터리가 탑재된 것으로 파악됐다.

14일 독일 자동차 브랜드 폭스바겐과 아우디의 수입사인 폭스바겐그룹코리아는 홈페이지를 통해 자사 전기차에 탑재된 배터리를 공개했다.

폭스바겐그룹코리아에 따르면,폭스바겐 ID.4에는 국내 LG에너지솔루션의 배터리가 탑재됐다.

아우디의 전기 세단 e-트론 S(스포트백 포함)에는 삼성SDI 배터리가 장착됐다.

전기 스포츠유틸리티차(SUV)인 Q8은 50 e-트론 콰트로,55 e-트론 콰트로(스포트백 포함) 등 모든 모델에 삼성SDI 배터리가 탑재됐다.

e-트론 50 콰트로(스포트백 포함),e-트론 GT 콰트로,제주 토토하우스RS e-트론 GT 콰트로에는 LG에너지솔루션 배터리가 적용됐고,또 다른 전기 SUV인 Q4 e-트론(스포트백 포함)의 배터리도 LG에너지솔루션 제품이었다.

이밖에 e-트론 55 콰트로(스포트백 포함)에는 LG에너지솔루션과 삼성SDI의 배터리가 나뉘었다.

한편,제주 토토하우스최근 인천의 대단지 아파트 지하주차장에서 발생한 전기차 화재 사고로 전기차 업체들이 탑재된 배터리 제조사를 공개하고 있다.

국내에선 현대차와 기아가 가장 먼저 배터리 사용 정보를 자발적으로 공개했으며,제주 토토하우스BMW·벤츠·볼보 등 수입차 업계도 배터리 제조사 공개에 나섰다.

전날 정부는 그간 비공개해 왔던 국내 보급 전기차에 탑재된 배터리 정보 공개를 모든 제작사에 권고키로 했다.
