단군 이래 최대 재건축으로 불리는 둔촌주공 아파트가,올해 말 입주를 앞두고 또 시끄럽습니다.인근에 들어설 것으로 예정됐던 학교 신설이 없던 일이 된데요.일부 조합원과 분양자들은 입주포기 의사를 보일 정도입니다.

정수양 기자가 취재했습니다.

[리포트]
오는 11월부터 1만 2천 가구가 입주하는 서울 강동구의 재건축 아파트 단지.중학생 딸을 둔 청약당첨자 나모 씨는 실입주를 포기하고 전세를 줄까 고민하고 있습니다.

단지 내에 중학교 신설이 예정돼 있었지만,교육당국이 학생수 부족을 이유로 취소했기 때문입니다.

"단지 내에 있는 (신설) 중학교가 배정이 된다라는 확신을 가지고 (청약) 신청을 했죠.전세를 주고 다른 지역으로 다른 학군지로 이사를 가야 되나라는 생각도 해봤어요."

이 아파트 인근엔 중학교가 두 곳 있습니다.

한 곳은 남자 중학교고 다른 곳은 과밀이라 배정받기 쉽지 않습니다.

주민들은 단지 내 중학생 수를 3천명으로 예상하지만,월드컵 해설위원교육 당국은 1천명 내외로 보고 있습니다.

예정돼 있던 중학교 부지는 다른 용도로 바뀔 위깁니다.

"아이 낳으면 뭐 하냐고요.많은 아이들이 어떻게 될 건지에 대해서 아무도 관심이 없는 거예요."

서울 방배동의 재건축 구역도 초등학교 부지를 체육시설로 바꿨고,월드컵 해설위원잠실 대단지에서도 중학교 부지를 공공공지로 전환했습니다.

지난 10년간 줄어든 학생수는 130만명.저출생이 재건축 재개발 사업에도 복병이 되고 있습니다.
