한국거래소로부터 상장 예비 심사효력 불인정 판정을 받은 이노그리드가 불복 절차에 나선다.

24일 이노그리드는 입장문을 내고 “상장을 추진하면서 회사가 소송에 휘말린 적이 없으며,챔피언스리그 참여 리그의도적으로 발생하지 않은 이슈에 대해 숨긴 적이 없다”고 밝혔다.

회사 측은 “상장 예비 심사신청서를 제출할 당시 회사가 진행하고 있는 소송이 없어 기재하지 않은 것이지 의도적으로 숨기려 한 적이 없다”고 설명했다.

또 과거 경영권 분쟁 내역 및 진행 중인 분쟁 내역에도 해당 내용을 기재하지 않은 것에 대해서는 “분쟁이 아니고 사실과 다른 내용을 가지고 악의적 목적을 가진 일회성 내용증명이라는 객관적 판단에 따라 기재하지 않은 것”이라고 덧붙였다.

이에 이노그리드 관계자는 “코스닥시장 상장 규정에 따른 즉각적인 재심사 신청 등 다양한 후속 조치를 검토하고 있으며,챔피언스리그 참여 리그중요한 사항의 고의적 기재 누락이 아님을 적극적으로 소명할 예정”이라고 했다.

앞서 지난 18일 한국거래소 코스닥시장위원회는 제10차 시장위원회의 심의를 거쳐 이노그리드의 코스닥시장 상장 예비 심사 승인 결과의 효력을 불인정하기로 결정한 바 있다.

해당 결정은‘상장 예비 심사 결과에 중대한 영향’을 미치는‘심사신청서의 거짓 기재 또는 중요사항 누락(코스닥 상장 규정 §8)’등으로 인한 것이다.

이에 따라 한국거래소는 상장 예비 심사 단계에서 해당 사실을 심의할 수 없었으며,챔피언스리그 참여 리그누락 내용은 최대 주주 지위 분쟁 관련 사항으로 증권신고서 수리 단계에서 발견됐다.

이에 회사 측은 뒤늦게‘소송 등 법적 분쟁 발생 가능성 위험’을 증권신고서(6차 정정)에 기재했다.
