(서울=연합뉴스) 박상돈 기자 = 소상공인시장진흥공단은 16일 오전 10시부터 소상공인 정책자금 상환 연장 접수를 한다고 밝혔다.

소진공의 소상공인정책자금(직접대출)을 이용하며 정상 상환 중인 채무자가 상환 연장을 신청할 수 있다.경영 애로와 상환 가능성이 확인되면 원리금 상환 기간을 최대 5년(60회차) 추가로 부여받을 수 있다.

상환 연장 지원은 소상공인정책자금 누리집(ols.semas.or.kr)과 상생누리 누리집(winwinnuri.or.kr)에서 온라인으로 신청할 수 있다.

온라인 활용이 어려운 소상공인은 전국 77개 소진공 지원센터에서도 신청할 수 있다.상세한 신청 방법과 지원 기준은 소상공인정책자금 누리집에 공지될 예정이며 대표 콜센터(1357)를 통해서도 안내받을 수 있다.

이번에 '직접대출 잔액 3천만원 이상+업력 3년 이상'의 지원 요건이 전면 폐지돼 지원 대상이 직접 대출을 보유한 모든 소상공인으로 대폭 확대됐다.

연체 중인 경우는 해소 후 신청할 수 있고 이자만 납부 중인 소상공인은 1회차 원리금 납부 후 신청이 가능하다.휴·폐업했거나 새출발기금 채무조정과 같이 다른 공적 조정을 신청했거나 이용 중이면 신청이 제한된다.

심사 후 지원이 결정되면 분할 상환 기간이 최대 5년 더 부여된다.

당초 원리금 분할 상환 기간이 3년인 경우 5년을 추가하면 8년으로 전환돼 월 상환 금액이 줄어들 수 있다.

상환연장 후 금리는 기존 약정해 이용 중인 금리에 0.2%포인트를 가산한다.이는 기존 약정금리와 무관하게 일괄 정책자금 기준금리에 0.6%포인트를 가산한 금리를 적용하던 방식을 개선한 것이다.
