탄파너셉트 - 2024년 실시간 업데이트

[앵커]

이륙하는 여객기에서 바퀴가 떨어져 나가는 사고가 미국에서 또 일어났습니다.

지난 3월에 이어 4개월 만인데,이번에도 보잉 여객기였습니다.

박석호 기자입니다.

[리포트]

검은 물체가 맹렬한 속도로 튀어 오르며 활주로를 질주합니다.

현지시각 8일 미국 LA 공항에 떨어진 여객기 바퀴입니다.

유나이티드 항공이 운행하는 보잉 757-200 기종의 여객기에서 이륙할 때 떨어졌습니다.

[사고 여객기 교신/유나이티드 1001 : "알립니다.관제탑에서 연락이 왔는데 이륙할 때 타이어가 빠진 것 같다고 합니다.떨어져 나간 게 왼쪽 뒷바퀴 타이어라고 합니다."]

앞서 지난 3월에도 샌프란시스코 공항에서 이륙하던 여객기의 바퀴가 떨어져 나간 적이 있었는데,탄파너셉트같은 사고가 또 일어난 겁니다.

당시에도 항공사는 유나이티드 항공이었고,탄파너셉트여객기는 보잉 기종이었습니다.

떨어진 바퀴 위치도 왼쪽 뒷바퀴로 똑같습니다.

여객기는 이렇게 바퀴 하나가 빠진 상태로 목적지인 덴버 공항에 착륙했습니다.

착륙 직전 승객들은 혹시 모를 충격에 가슴을 졸여야 했습니다.

["충격 대비!충격 대비!"]

다행히 174명의 승객과 7명의 승무원 중에 다친 사람은 없었습니다.

이번 사고는 최근 잇따라 안전사고가 난 보잉이 산소마스크 문제로 추가 조사 지시까지 받은 날 일어났습니다.
