오는 27일부터 순차 입주자 모집 공고

(세종=연합뉴스) 박초롱 기자 = 정부가 주변 시세보다 저렴하게 장기간 거주할 수 있는 '든든전세주택' 3천400가구의 입주자를 모집한다고 18일 밝혔다.

든든전세주택은 한국토지주택공사(LH)와 주택도시보증공사(HUG)가 연립,카마다세대,오피스텔 등을 매입해 무주택 가구에 주변 시세의 90% 수준 보증금으로 전세를 놓는 공공임대주택이다.최대 8년간 거주할 수 있다.

국토부는 올해부터 내년까지 2년간 든든전세주택 2만5천가구를 공급할 예정이다.

LH는 3∼4인 가구가 생활할 수 있는 전용면적 60∼85㎡의 신축 주택 1만5천가구를 매입한다.

전세보증금 반환보증을 운영하는 HUG는 집주인이 보증금을 제때 돌려주지 않을 때 자체 자금으로 먼저 세입자에게 반환한 뒤 2∼3년에 걸쳐 구상권 청구와 경매를 통해 회수한다.이 과정에서 HUG가 경매에서 직접 낙찰받은 주택 1만가구를 전세로 공급하게 된다.

입주자 모집 공고는 매입을 완료한 주택부터 순차적으로 한다.

LH가 먼저 1천600가구에 대해 이달 27일 입주자 모집 공고를 낸다.하반기에는 1천200가구 입주자를 모집한다

HUG는 지난달 7일부터 이달 14일까지 경매 낙찰받은 주택 590가구에 대해 기존 거주자 퇴거 협의,카마주택 수리를 거쳐 다음 달 24일 입주자 모집 공고를 낸다.

든든전세주택은 무주택자라면 소득·자산과 무관하게 입주 신청을 할 수 있다.
