서울시의 소규모 재개발 사업인 모아타운에 기획부동산이 끼어들어 투기 조짐이 일고 있는 실태에 대해 MBC는 연속보도해왔습니다.

오세훈 서울시장이 모아타운 투기세력에 대해 강경 대응 입장을 밝혔습니다.

[오세훈/서울시장]
"이번에는 그 기획부동산들이 번지수를 잘못 짚었습니다.그 땅을 산 사람들은 후회하게 될 것입니다."

사업시행 지역에서 완전 배제하겠다고 못박았습니다.

[오세훈/서울시장]
"그런 골목길은 현황도로 그대로 남겨질 겁니다.따라서 그곳에 투자한 사람들은 아마 굉장히 땅을 치고 후회하게 될 것이다."

국가주의적 발상이라는 논란이 일고 있는 광화문 100m 태극기 게양대에 대해서는 좀 더 의견을 수렴하겠다는 뜻을 밝혔습니다.

"전 합리적인 사람이기 때문에 합리적인 비판에는 반응합니다.귀을 더 열겠습니다."

차기 대선 주자로 거론되는데 대해서는 말을 아꼈습니다.

"임기 반환점 도는 시점에 벌써 대권 운운하는 것은 유권자분들에 대한 도리가 아니라고 생각합니다."

오 시장은 이재명 전 더불어민주당 대표의 기본소득 정책을 비판하면서 중위소득 85% 이하 가구를 지원하는 '안심소득' 정책을 강조했습니다.
