대구지법 제2형사단독(김석수 부장판사)는 25일 성폭력처벌법 위반 혐의 등으로 기소된 A씨(32)에게 징역 1년에 집행유예 2년을 선고하고 40시간의 성폭력 치료 프로그램 이수와 아동·청소년·장애인 관련 기관 취업 제한을 명령했다고 밝혔다.

경북의 한 지자체 공무원인 A씨는 평소 알고 지내던 B씨와의 성관계 장면을 동의 없이 여러 차례 촬영한 혐의를 받는다.A씨는 결혼을 앞두고 있는 것으로 알려졌다.

A씨는 지난해 6월 미혼 여성인 B씨와의 성관계 장면을 1회 몰래 촬영하고,자캐 월드컵B씨의 신체 특정 부위를 수차례 몰래 촬영한 혐의로 재판에 넘겨졌다.성관계 장면 영상을 뒤늦게 파악한 B씨가 지난해 9월 경찰에 신고하면서 A씨의 범행이 드러났다.

재판부는“정신적 피해를 호소하는 피해자가 피고인의 엄한 처벌을 요구하고 있고,자캐 월드컵피고인이 1000만 원을 형사공탁했으나 피해자가 수령을 거부하고 있다”며 “피고인이 초범인 점과 잘못을 인정하고 반성하는 점을 참작했다”고 양형 이유를 설명했다.
