(서울=뉴스1) 김정현 기자 = 롯데손해보험(000400)이 우리금융그룹(316140)의 본입찰 불참 소식에 장중 급락했다.

한국거래소에 따르면 28일 오전 11시42분 기준 롯데손해보험은 전일 대비 540원(14.15%) 내린 3275원에 거래되고 있다.이날 하락세로 출발한 롯데손보는 우리금융의 본입찰 불참 소식이 전해지면서 낙폭이 커지고 있다.

금융권에 따르면 우리금융그룹은 이날 오전 진행된 롯데손해보험 인수 본입찰에 참여하지 않기로 결정했다.

앞서 지난 27일 우리금융은 동양생명·ABL생명 인수 추진설 관련 조회공시에 답변을 통해 "비은행 경쟁력 강화 방안의 일환으로 보험업 진출을 고려 중"이라며 "동양생명·ABL생명 대주주와 대주주와 비구속적 양해각서를 25일 체결하고 인수에 대해 협의 중"이라고 밝혔다.

이어 함께 거론된 롯데손보 지분 인수와 관련해서도 "인수 관련해 검토 중"이라고 밝힌 바 있다.

하지만 이날 진행되는 롯데손보 본입찰에 불참하기로 결정하면서 향후 동양생명과 ABL생명 인수 검토에 주력할 전망이다.
