집중 호우에 주택가 산비탈이 무너지면서 쏟아진 흙더미에 사람이 깔린 것으로 추정되는 실종 사고도 발생했습니다.

전원주택 단지 바로 뒤 옹벽과 흙더미가 무너져 내려 뒤섞여 있습니다.

소방대원들이 연신 삽으로 퍼내고 굴착기까지 투입됐지만,포르티모넨스 대 스포르팅계속 흙이 쏟아지면서 좀처럼 흙더미가 줄어들지 않습니다.

오늘 오전 8시 40분쯤 전원주택 단지에서 50대 남성이 실종됐다는 신고가 들어왔습니다.

이 남성은 많은 비에 물길을 내기 위해 자신의 집 뒤편으로 나간 뒤 연락이 닿지 않았는데 휴대전화 위치가 산비탈이 무너져 내린 현장 주변인 것으로 확인됐습니다.

매몰사고가 난 주택 앞입니다.

흙이 무너진 이 비탈면은 현재 2차 사고를 막기 위해 그물망을 쳐 놓은 상황인데요.

이 비탈면의 4-5미터에서 흙이 쏟아져 남성을 덮친 걸로 보고 있습니다.

무너진 흙과 옹벽의 무게는 10톤가량으로 시간당 40mm가 넘는 폭우가 쏟아지면서 약해진 지반이 무게를 견디지 못한 것으로 보입니다.

"지금 보강토하고 토사하고 같이 붕괴가 됐기 때문에 보강토 블록하고 비범벅이 된 상태거든요."

마을 주민들은 사고 직전 먼저 토사가 흘러내려 배수로가 막혔고 시공사에서 나와 보수 작업을 벌였다고 말합니다.

"새벽에 열 몇 명이 와서 장비하고 대고서 거기서 공사를 했지…떠내려온 걸 파 올리고 막 그 도로에…"

소방 당국은 11시간 가까이 수색 작업을 벌여 실종자로 추정되는 남성을 찾아 현재 신원확인을 하고 있습니다.
