현업에 복귀한 전국삼성전자노동조합(전삼노)이 이번 주 파업에 나섭니다.

삼성전자 최대 노조인 전삼노는 오늘(13일) 조합원들에게 '8월 15∼18일 나흘간 파업에 돌입한다'며 일자별·근무형태별 파업 지침을 내렸습니다.

세부적으로는 광복절인 15일에는 휴일 근로 거부를 실시하고,카지노중독이후 변형교대,4조3교대,카지노중독자율출퇴근제 등 근무형태별로 파업 근태 또는 휴일 근로 거부에 나서는 식입니다.

전삼노 관계자는 이날 오후 유튜브 라이브 방송에서 샌드위치 연휴 파업에 대해 "이 기간에는 오피스 인원들이 (교대 근무자들이 빠진) 생산라인에 지원을 나올 수 없다"며 "짧은 기간이지만 사측에 데미지를 줄 수 있을 것"이라고 밝혔습니다.

앞서 지난달 8일 총파업에 나선 전삼노는 지난달 29일부터 사흘간 사측과 임금 인상과 성과급 제도 개선 등을 놓고 집중 교섭을 벌였지만,카지노중독합의점을 찾지 못한 채 최종 결렬을 선언했습니다.

이후 전삼노는 총파업에 돌입한 지 25일 만에 현업에 복귀하면서 게릴라식 파업 등을 예고한 상태입니다.

전삼노 관계자는 "파업이 끝난 것이 아니고,카지노중독쟁의권을 잃은 상태도 아니다"라며 "우리 뜻을 관철할 때까지 지속적으로 투쟁에 나설 예정"이라고 말했습니다.

한편,전삼노는 집행부를 기존 7인에서 11인 체제로 확대하고,카지노중독다른 조직과의 연대 등을 통해 몸집 불리기에 나섰습니다.

지난 5일 삼성전자 최초 노조(1노조)인 삼성전자사무직노조와 통합하며 전삼노는 삼성전자 내 '최대 노조이자 1노조'가 됐습니다.

조합원 규모는 오늘 기준 3만6천567명입니다.
