그는 "구조대원의 안전에도 각별히 유의하라"며 "피해자별로 일대일 전담 공무원을 배치해 지원에 최선을 다하고 심리치료 등 피해가족 지원에도 만전을 기하는 한편 부상자들을 신속하게 치료해달라"고 당부했다.
