청약 시장도 덩달아 달아오르고 있다.부동산R114에 따르면 지난달 전국 1순위 청약 경쟁률은 12.6대1을 기록했다.1~5월 4.9대1에 비해 2배 이상 경쟁률이 뛰었다.

업계 관계자는 "주택 시장이 살아나면서 분양 시장도 덩달아 회복될 기미를 보이고 있다"며 "단,최근 분양시장도 주택시장과 마찬가지로 일부 단지에 수요가 몰리는 옥석가리기 현상도 뚜렷해지고 있다"고 말했다.
