가상자산이용자보호법이 시행되는 오는 19일부터 불공정거래 조사 체계가 즉시 가동된다.불공정거래가 적발될 경우 부당이득액에 따라 최대 무기징역까지 선고될 수 있다.

7일 금융위원회와 금융감독원은 법 시행일부터 가상자산거래소의 불공정거래 행위 상시감시와 금융당국의 조사 체계가 즉시 가동되며 불공정거래가 포착될 경우 신속한 조사를 거쳐 엄중히 제재할 방침이라고 밝혔다.

법에 따른 조사 대상 불공정거래 행위 유형은 미공개정보 이용,우즈베키스탄시세조종,우즈베키스탄부정거래,우즈베키스탄가상자산사업자의 자기발행코인 매매 등이다.금융당국은 의심 사건을 포착한 후 조사를 개시한다.금융당국은 "법령상 주어진 조사 수단과 가용 역량을 총동원해 가상자산 시장에 공정하고 투명한 거래 질서를 확립하겠다"고 전했다.
