1심에서 유죄가 선고된 준유사강간 혐의는 무죄로 판단됐지만,바둑이 포커 맞고무죄였던 피감독자간음 혐의가 유죄로 뒤집혀 1심보다 무거운 형이 선고됐습니다.

재판부는 제자인 피해자들이 평소 자신을 아버지처럼 존경하고 따르는 친분관계를 이용해 성범죄를 저질러 죄질이 나쁘고 비난 가능성이 크다고 지적했습니다.

A씨는 선고에 불복해 상고했습니다.
