전주지검은 오늘(15일) 교통사고처리 특례법 위반 등의 혐의로 50대 운전자 A씨를 구속기소 했다고 밝혔습니다.

A씨는 지난달 27일 새벽 전북 전주 덕진구 호남제일문 사거리에서 술을 마신 채 포르쉐 차량을 몰다가 스파크 차량을 들이받아 10대 운전자 B씨를 숨지게 한 혐의를 받습니다.

당시 B씨와 동승해 있던 친구 C씨는 사고로 뇌 손상 등을 입어 현재 중환자실에서 치료를 받고 있습니다.

검찰 조사 결과 A씨의 혈중알코올농도는 0.036%로 면허정지 수치 수준이었으며 시속 50㎞ 제한 도로에서 시속 159km로 달린 것으로 드러났습니다.
