(서울=연합뉴스) 최현석 기자 = 인공지능(AI) 서비스 전문 기업 이스트소프트가 K-디지털 트레이닝(KDT) 수료자 및 일반 지원자를 대상으로 한 채용 연계형 인턴십 그룹사 공채를 진행한다고 11일 밝혔다.

채용 부문은 ▲ 백엔드 개발 ▲ AI 모델 개발 ▲ 서비스 기획이며,공개 채용에 참여하는 기업은 이스트소프트와 계열사인 보안기업 이스트시큐리티,포털기업 이스트에이드 3곳이다.

지원서 접수는 오는 16일 자정까지 이스트소프트 채용 전용 홈페이지에서 가능하다.

해외여행 및 출장에 결격 사유가 없고 채용 후 정상 근무가 가능하면 누구나 지원할 수 있다.

이스트소프트의 K-디지털트레이닝 교육 과정 수료자는 공채에서 우대한다.K-디지털트레이닝은 고용노동부가 시행 중인 국비 지원 IT 인재 양성 프로그램으로,다저스 대 필리스이스트소프트는 5개 교육 과정을 진행 중이다.

채용 절차는 서류 심사,다저스 대 필리스직무 테스트,면접으로 구성됐다.직무 테스트에서 백엔드 개발과 AI 모델 개발 지원자는 코딩테스트를,다저스 대 필리스서비스 기획 지원자는 개별 과제물 제출을 수행한다.

최종 선발된 인턴사원은 이스트소프트,이스트시큐리티,다저스 대 필리스이스트에이드 3개 사 중 한 곳으로 배치되며,다저스 대 필리스다음 달부터 내년 1월까지 6개월간 인턴십 프로그램에 참여한다.인턴십 기간에는 복지 포인트,장비 지원금,도서 구매비 등 다양한 복지를 제공하고,다저스 대 필리스직무 역량과 성장 가능성을 바탕으로 평가를 진행해 정규직 전환의 기회를 제공한다
