14일 한 온라인 커뮤니티에는 '회식할 때마다 자존감 없어지는 것 같다.계속 다닐 수 있을까'라는 제목의 글이 올라왔다.

한 회사에 신입으로 입사한 A씨는 "일주일에 한 번씩 회식을 하는데 내가 신입이라고 고기를 구우라고 하더라"며 "어렵게 경쟁을 뚫고 들어간 회사고,규모가 작은 곳도 아닌데 이런 걸 신입인 나한테만 시키는 게 짜증이 난다'고 호소했다.

이어 그는 "(고기를 왜 나만 구워야 하냐) 물어보자 '신입에게 시키는 게 룰'이라며 '공돈도 생기니 좋지 않냐?'고 되물었다"라며 "회식이 끝나면 사장이 고기를 구운 수고비로 10만원을 현금으로 따로 챙겨준다"고 밝혔다.

하지만 A씨는 돈을 준다고해도 "자존감과 자존심이 박살나고 창피한 건 어쩔 수 없다"며 고민을 호소했다.

그는 "다른 사람들은 편하게 고기랑 술을 먹는데 나만 고기 구우니까 '이런거 하려고 공부하고 회사 지원했나'하는 생각에 현실 자각 시간까지 오고 미칠 것 같다.계속 다녀야할까?"라며 글을 마무리 했다.

이에 누리꾼들의 반응은 엇갈린다.
