국내 게임산업은 폭발적인 성장을 이루며 국민의 주요 여가 활동으로 자리잡았지만 장애인의 게임 접근성은 여전히 기초 단계에 머물러 있다.특히 게임 접근성은 다른 콘텐츠에 비해 기술적 의존도와 난이도가 높아 민간 업계의 주도적 참여 없이는 공공 영역에서 해결하기 어려운 문제다.이에 따라 민간 업계의 참여를 유도할 수 있는 구체적인 지원 방안이 필요한 실정이다.

이번 토론회에는 장애인 게임 접근성을 향상하고 실질적 정책 지원 방안을 논의하기 위해 각계 전문가들이 함께한다.도영임 교수(KAIST 문화기술대학원)와 유재규 변호사(법무법인 태평양)가 발제를 맡고 송석록 교수(경동대학교),다낭 카지노 미니멈박현아 선임연구원(한국게임정책자율기구),김은채 위원장(대한장애인e스포츠연맹 지도자협의회),다낭 카지노 미니멈권성진 연구실장(경기도재활공학서비스연구지원센터),정정원 겸임교수(한림국제대학원대학교)가 토론자로 참여한다.
