[디지털데일리 채성오기자] LS전선이 "대한전선의 기술 탈취는 명백한 범죄행위이며,온리팬스 애프리사실로 밝혀질 경우 국내외에서 모든 법적 조치를 취하겠다"고 15일 밝혔다.

앞서 지난 11일 경찰은 대한전선을 '부정경쟁방지 및 영업비밀보호에 관한 법률(부정경쟁방지법) 위반' 혐의로 수사하기 위해 본사를 압수수색했다.

LS전선은 이번 사건의 핵심을 '대한전선이 LS전선의 해저케이블 제조 설비 도면과 레이아웃 등을 탈취했는지 여부'라고 설명했다.

이에 대해 LS전선 관계자는 "대한전선이 납품한 적이 있다고 하는 해저케이블은 1~2㎞ 수준의 짧은 케이블에 불과하다"며 "수십㎞,수천톤에 달하는 긴 케이블을 제조하고 운반하는 기술,즉 설비 및 공장의 배치가 해저 사업의 핵심 경쟁력"이라고 말했다.

해저케이블 설비 및 레이아웃은 각 제조사가 자체적으로 정립하며,온리팬스 애프리일반적으로 공개되지 않는다.LS전선도 설비를 맞춤 제작했고,해저 1동부터 4동까지 건설하는 과정에서 수천억 원의 R&D 투자와 실패 비용을 들여 제조 노하우를 정립한 것으로 알려졌다.

이후 LS전선은 가운종합건축사무소에 압출,연선 등 공정 설비들의 배치를 위해 각 설비의 크기,중량,특징 등을 명시한 도면을 제공했다.

LS전선은 "대한전선이 가운건축에 먼저 연락해 수차례 설계를 요청했고,계약금액이 LS전선의 2배가 넘는다고 한다"며 "또 LS전선의 다른 협력사들에게도 동일한 설비 제작 및 레이아웃을 위해 접촉했다는 얘기를 들었다"고 전했다.
