충북도는 7일 도청에서‘충북혁신도시 통합관리체계 구축방안 연구용역’착수보고회를 열었다.

충북혁신도시의 행정체계 이원화로 인한 문제점을 파악하고 해결하기 위함이다.

보고회에는 김명규 경제부지사와 진천·음성군 부군수 등 관계 기관 관계자들이 참석했다.

도에 따르면 충북혁신도시 통합관리기구 설치를 위해 수차례 논의가 있었지만 검토를 위한 용역 추진 사례는 없었다.

앞서 도는 지난해부터 진천·음성군의 이해관계를 조정하기 위해‘도·진천·음성’간 공동 용역 추진을 합의했다.

연구용역은 충북연구원이 주관한다.충북혁신도시 행정구역 이원화 문제점 분석과 지방자치단체 간 협력제도 분석,피파4 월드컵 난이도통합관리기구 모델 제시,피파4 월드컵 난이도조직규모·사무범위 설정 등을 내년 3월까지 수행한다.

김명규 경제부지사는 “그동안 행정구역 이원화의 문제점을 깊게 논의하지 못했다”며 “지금이라도 지역주민 불편을 해소할 수 있는 효율적인 행정관리체계를 구축하기 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
