(서울=연합뉴스) 노재현 기자 = 구글 클라우드는 27일 서울시 중구 장충체육관에서 '구글 클라우드 서밋 서울 2024' 행사를 개최하고 클라우드와 생성형 인공지능(AI) 기술을 통한 국내 기업의 혁신 사례를 소개했다.

삼성전자,퀴로스 레베카HD현대,퀴로스 레베카LG AI연구소,퀴로스 레베카엔씨소프트,컬리,퀴로스 레베카카카오헬스케어 등의 기업들은 이날 구글 클라우드 기술을 비즈니스에 적용한 성공 사례를 발표했다.

AI 기반 스마트 혈당 관리 설루션 '파스타' 등을 보유한 카카오헬스케어는 데이터 플랫폼 등의 서비스에 구글 클라우드를 활용하고 있다고 밝혔다.

황희 카카오헬스케어 대표는 "구글 클라우드의 가장 큰 장점은 고객이 가장 효과적인 모델을 자유롭게 선택할 수 있는 유연한 AI 플랫폼과 개방적인 오픈 모델 생태계"라고 말했다.

이어 "구글 클라우드 본사 및 한국 팀과의 빠르고 유기적인 협업을 통해 카카오헬스케어의 기술 비전 실현을 가속하는 중"이라고 덧붙였다.

지기성 구글 클라우드 코리아 사장은 "생성형 AI 시대의 비즈니스 리더로서 구글 클라우드의 목표는 기업이 생성형 AI 기술의 가치를 실현하고 AI 기술에 대한 기대감이 정점에 달한 이 시기를 슬기롭게 헤쳐 나갈 수 있도록 지원하는 데 있다"고 말했다.

그러면서 구글 클라우드가 국내 여러 선도 기업 및 스타트업과 협력해 지식근로자와 코딩 담당자의 생산성 향상 등에서 성과를 거두고 있다고 소개했다.

구글 클라우드는 이날 행사에서 클라우드에 연결된 AI 에이전트로 다양한 산업 분야의 혁신을 지원하겠다는 비전도 발표했다.

AI 에이전트는 쇼핑객이 결혼식에 적합한 옷을 찾도록 돕거나 간호사가 근무 교대를 하면서 빠르게 환자 정보를 인계하도록 지원하는 등 생산성을 높인다고 구글 클라우드는 설명했다.
