벌금 150만원 판결에 불만…검찰 "사법 체계 테러 행위에 엄정 대처"

(부산=연합뉴스) 손형주 기자 = 재판에 불만을 품고 법원 보안요원에게 인화성 물질을 뿌리고 불을 내려 한 40대 남성이 구속 상태서 재판에 넘겨졌다.

부산지검 서부지청은 살인미수,블랙잭사이트현존건조물방화예비 등 혐의로 A(48)씨를 구속기소 했다고 18일 밝혔다.

A씨는 지난달 23일 오후 2시 17분께 부산 강서구 부산지방법원 서부지원 보안검색대에서 청사 보안 업무를 담당하는 사회복무요원에게 분무기 등으로 인화성 물질을 뿌리고 라이터로 불을 붙이려 한 혐의를 받는다.

다행히 법원 관계자가 제지해 불은 붙지 않았고 A씨는 출동한 경찰에 체포됐다.

이 남성은 폭행죄로 벌금 150만원을 선고받은 것에 불만을 품고 범행한 것으로 조사됐다.

경찰은 현존건조물방화예비 혐의를 적용해 사건을 검찰에 넘겼는데 검찰은 A씨가 사회복무요원 얼굴과 몸에 등유를 뿌린 것을 확인하고 살인미수 혐의를 추가로 적용했다.

검찰 관계자는 "최근 재판에 불만을 품고 사건 관계인들에게 직접적인 폭력을 가한 행위가 잇따르고 있다"며 "이는 사법 체계와 기관을 위협하는 테러 행위로 엄정 대처하겠다"고 말했다.
