삼성전자.사진=연합뉴스올 하반기 메모리 반도체 업황 개선 기대감에 삼성전자 편입 비중이 높은 상장지수펀드(ETF) 투자하기에‘적기’라는 분석이 나온다.

25일 한국거래소에 따르면 올해 삼성전자 주가는 2.93% 상승에 그쳤다.고대역폭메모리(HBM)를 엔비디아에 사실상 독점 납품하는 SK하이닉스의 상승률(59%)과 대비된다.

삼성전자는 코스피지수에서 차지하는 비중이 22.2%에 달한다.대장주 부진에 코스피지수도 연중 4.49% 상승에 그쳤다.

삼성전자 주가 부진은 국내 주식 테마 ETF에도 악재다.대부분 국내 주식 상품은 코스피지수를 벤치마크로 삼는데,시가총액 1위인 삼성전자 비중을 많이 담을 수밖에 없기 때문이다.

다만 최근 증권가에서 “이제는 삼성전자 비중이 높은 ETF를 담을 때”라는 분석이 나온다.HBM 단가를 낮추길 원하는 엔비디아가 SK하이닉스 외 삼성전자에도 HBM를 납품받을 가능성이 크기 때문이다.

또 D램 가격 상승에 따른 메모리 사이클 도래로 레거시(구형) 사업 부문의 수익성 개선이 기대된다.PC용 D램 범용제품(DDR4 8Gb)의 5월 고정거래가격은 2.1달러로,산드로 니트연초 대비 약 17% 올랐다.

실적 개선도 기대된다.금융정보업체 에프앤가이드에 따르면 삼성전자의 올해 영업이익은 39조원으로 전년 대비 494% 급증할 것으로 추정됐다.

NH투자증권은 모건스탠리캐피털인터내셔널(MSCI) 한국지수,산드로 니트코스피200지수 등 인덱스지수에 투자 시 삼성전자에 간접 투자하면서,자연스레 분산 투자도 누릴 수 있다고 분석했다.

전통적 고배당 상품도 삼성전자 비중이 높다.KBSTAR 고배당 ETF는 삼성전자 비중이 24.95%에 달한다.그 밖에 KODEX 반도체,산드로 니트TIGER Fn반도체TOP10,산드로 니트ACE AI반도체포커스 ETF도 유망 상품으로 평가된다.

하재석 NH투자증권 연구원은 “하반기에는 삼성전자의 주가가 강세를 보일 것”이라고 밝혔다.
