[헤럴드경제=박자연 기자]광운대역 물류부지에 15층 규모 판매·업무·관광숙박시설이 들어선다.

서울시는 25일 열린 제12차 건축위원회에서 광운대역 물류부지 개발사업(상업업무용지) 안건을 통과시켰다고 밝혔다.

서울시 노원구 월계동 지하철 1호선 광운대역 인근에 위치한‘광운대역 물류부지 개발사업(상업업무용지)’대상지에는 지하 5층 지상 15층 규모로 판매시설과 업무시설,알로이배트관광숙박시설이 건립된다.

건축위원회는 특색있는 입면디자인으로 광운대 지역의 관문으로서 기능을 강화했고,알로이배트북측 경춘선 숲길에서부터 석계역까지 이어지는 공공보행통로의 활성화를 위해 공개공지 2개소와 가로대면형 판매시설을 연계해 배치했다.

또한 저층부에 계획된 판매시설은 인접대지와 지상층 보행통로로 연결해 이용자의 접근과 편의성을 높였고,알로이배트중층에 계획된 업무시설은 모든 사무실이 공유하는 중정형 사무공간을 도입해 캠퍼스형 오피스로 구성했다.최상층 숙박시설은 풍부한 옥상조경을 활용하여 다채로운 공간을 연출했다.

한병용 서울시 주택정책실장은 “건축위원회는 건축물의 공공성과 시민에게 개방된 공공공간의 양적·질적 확보를 이끌어내,알로이배트도심 내에서 시민이 직접적으로 향유할 수 있는 쾌적한 녹색도시를 이끌어 낼 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
