"20억 채무 소송…이기면 원금에 2억 더 줄게" 빌린 뒤 잠적

광주 서부경찰서는 상습 사기 혐의로 50대 여성 A씨에 대해 구속영장을 신청했다고 4일 밝혔다.

A씨는 지난 2015년 1월부터 올해 3월까지 지인 60대 B씨에게 370여차례에 걸쳐 총 4억1000만원을 뜯어낸 혐의다.

조사 결과 A씨는 B씨에게 '20억대 채무 소송에 휘말렸는데 승소할 경우 빌린 원금에 2억원을 더 얹어 갚겠다'며 꾀어 돈을 뜯어낸 것으로 드러났다.

그러나 A씨가 휘말린 소송은 없었던 것으로 확인됐다.A씨는 동종 전과로 형을 살다 나온 것으로도 파악됐다.

지난 3월 고소장을 접수받은 경찰은 체포영장을 발부받아 전날인 3일 서구 화정동에서 A씨를 붙잡았다.

경찰은 A씨가 출석 요구에 불응하고 주거지가 불특정한 점에 구속영장을 신청했다.
