마지막으로 대주주 변경 사후승인 신청사유도 추가됐습니다.

현행 지배구조법은 금융회사의 주식을 취득해 대주주가 되려는 자에 대해 원칙적으로 사전에 대주주 변경승인을 받도록 규정하고 있으며,ipl cricket score예외적으로 기존 대주주의 사망,담보권의 실행,ipl cricket score대물변제의 수령 등으로 주식을 취득한 경우 사후승인을 받도록 규정하고 있습니다.
