정부가 배당 우수 기업의 주주들에게 분리과세로 배당소득세를 깎아주는 방안을 추진하고,주주환원을 늘린 기업에는 법인세 감면 혜택을 추진합니다.

정부는 오늘 이 같은 '밸류업 세제 방안'을 담은 '역동 경제 로드맵'을 발표했습니다.

대책에 따르면 정부는 과거보다 5% 이상 배당을 확대하거나 자사주를 더 소각한 기업의 법인세를 감면해 주기로 했습니다.

구체적으로는 기업 규모와 관계없이 직전 3개년 주주환원 분보다 5% 초과분에 대해 법인세 5%를 세액공제 해줄 방침입니다.

법인세 세액공제를 받은 밸류업 공시 기업의 주주도 배당 증가분에 대해 소득세 혜택을 받을 수 있습니다.

이에 따라,장예원 월드컵 움짤현재 2천만 원 이하 배당소득의 경우 적용되는 원천징수 비율을 14%에서 9%로 낮추고,2천만 원 초과분에 대해서는 기존대로 14~45%의 세율로 종합과세 하거나 25% 세율로 분리과세 하는 방안 중 하나를 주주가 선택할 수 있게 됩니다.

이와 함께 정부는 최대주주 주식의 상속과 증여에 적용되는 할증을 없애는 법 개정도 추진하기로 했습니다.

현재 기업의 최대주주 지분을 상속하거나 증여할 경우 해당 주식의 가치를 20% 높여 평가하는데,장예원 월드컵 움짤이를 폐지해 상속세 부담을 줄여주겠다는 것입니다.

정부는 또,밸류업 기업 등에 대해 가업상속공제의 적용 범위를 상호출자제한기업을 제외한 중견기업 전체로 확대하는 한편,장예원 월드컵 움짤공제 한도도 지금보다 2배 수준인 1천200억 원까지 늘리는 방안을 추진하기로 했습니다.

이 외에도,상반기에 국회 문턱을 넘지 못했던 개인종합자산관리계좌,ISA 혜택 확대와 금융투자소득세 폐지 등도 재추진할 뜻을 밝혔습니다.
