이들은 2021년 1월부터 2022년 8월까지 수도권 일대에서 빌라 매입 계약과 임대차 계약을 동시에 진행해 임차인 200명으로부터 전세보증금 약 420억원을 가로챈 혐의를 받습니다.

이들은 4개의 컨설팅업체를 운영하면서 빌라 매매가보다 전세가가 높아지는 '역전세' 상황을 노려 사기 범행을 계획했습니다.
