신원 확인 가능 시신 3구뿐경기 화성시 리튬 일차전지 제조업체 아리셀 공장 관계자 3명이 산업안전보건법 및 중대재해처벌법 위반 혐의로 입건됐다.

민길수 고용노동부 지역사고수습본부장(중부고용노동청장)은 26일 화성 화재 사고 브리핑에서 "향후 신속하고 철저하게 수사해 법 위반 사항이 확인되면 엄중히 조치하겠다"며 노동 당국의 조치 사항을 발표했다.

아리셀 공장 전체에는 전면작업중지 명령이 내려졌다.이는 공장 내 동종 및 유사재해가 일어나는 것을 방지하기 위한 조치이다.

중앙사고수습본부는 전지제조업 사업장 500여곳에 리튬 취급 안전 수칙 자체 점검을 시행하도록 했다.전지 관련 회사 200여곳은 전날부터 긴급 화재 안전 조사를 하고 있다.

앞서 아리셀 공장 3동 2층에서 지난24일 오전 10시31분 불이 나 23명이 숨지고 8명이 중경상을 입었다.현재까지 신원이 확인된 사망자는 한국 국적 김모씨(52),구르프중국에서 한국으로 귀화한 이모씨(46),구르프한국 국적으로 실종 상태에서 마지막으로 수습된 김모씨(47) 등 3명이다.나머지 사망자는 경찰청과 법무부에서 DNA 일치 작업을 하고 있다.
