[금융감독원 제공] 지난해 국내은행의 해외점포 순이익이 크게 증가했다.금리가 오르면서 이자이익이 증가했다.해외 현지 전략이 통하면서 사업 무대가 글로벌로 확장되는 것이다.

금융감독원이 26일 공개한 '2023년 국내은행의 해외점포 경영현황'에 따르면 작년 국내은행 해외점포의 당기순이익은 13억3000만달러(약 1조8400억원)를 기록했다.지난 2022년(9억9100만달러) 대비 3억4000만달러(34.3%) 증가했다.

금감원은 금리 상승 등에 따른 이자이익이 증가했고,부실채권 매각 등 비경상적 요인으로 인한 비이자이익도 늘어 이같은 증가세를 보였다고 설명했다.

총자산순이익률(ROA) 역시 0.63%로 전년(0.49%) 대비 0.14%포인트(p) 상승했다.

국가별 순익 증감을 살펴보면 중국(1억2500만달러),스코파더쉐프베트남(6500만달러) 등은 늘었고,스코파더쉐프미국(-1억5600만달러),스코파더쉐프캄보디아(-1억5200만달러) 등은 감소했다.

해외 자산이 불어 외형성장에도 성공했다.국내은행 해외점포의 총자산은 2101억9000만달러로 전년 말(2031억4000만달러) 대비 70억5000만달러(3.5%) 불었다.다만 고정이하여신비율은 전년 말(1.51%) 대비 0.23%포인트(p) 오른 1.74%를 기록,인도네시아·일본·싱가포르 등을 중심으로 건전성이 악화됐다.

작년 말 기준 국내은행의 해외점포는 총 202개로 전년 말보다 5개 감소했다.국가별 점포 수는 베트남(20개),스코파더쉐프미국·중국(각 16개),미얀마(14개),스코파더쉐프홍콩(11개) 등 순이었다.

금감원은 국내은행 해외점포의 현지화 지표 종합평가등급을 '2+' 등급으로 책정했다.전년과 동일한 등급이다.국가별로는 캄보디아 점포의 현지화수준이 1+등급으로 가장 높았다.이어 인도네시아(10등급),스코파더쉐프일본(1-등급) 등 순이었다.등급이 개선된 곳은 전년 대비 캄보디아(1→1+),싱가포르(3+→2-),홍콩(3→3+) 등이다.
