엔씨소프트는 24일 임시 이사회를 열고 회사 분할 및 2개의 신설회사 설립을 결정했다.

신설회사는 '주식회사 엔씨큐에이(NC QA COMPANY·가칭)'과 '주식회사 엔씨아이디에스(NC IDS COMPANY·가칭)' 등 2개의 비상장법인이다.

엔씨큐에이는 QA 서비스 사업부문 전문 기업이다.사업 영역은 소프트웨어 품질 보증 서비스 및 기타 관련 사업과 컴퓨터 프로그래밍,카운터스트라이크 갤시스템 통합 및 관리,카운터스트라이크 갤정보 기술 및 컴퓨터 운영 관련 서비스 등이다.

엔씨아이디에스는 응용 소프트웨어 개발 공급 사업부문 전문 기업으로 응용 소프트웨어 개발 및 공급과 컴퓨터 시스템 통합 자문 및 구축,카운터스트라이크 갤시스템 소프트웨어 개발 및 공급 등을 맡는다.

엔씨소프트는 이번 분할을 통해 각 사업부문별 신속하고 전문적인 의사결정이 가능한 경영 체제를 확립하고 핵심 경쟁력 강화를 추진할 방침이다.전문화된 영역에 역량을 집중해 사업 고도화를 실현하고 궁극적으로 기업가치와 주주가치 제고에 집중한다는 복안이다.

회사는 오는 8월 14일 임시 주주총회를 개최해 회사 분할 및 신설회사 설립을 확정할 예정이다.각 신설회사의 분할 기일은 10월 1일이다.
