어제 저녁 제주 시내 중심가에 위치한 고층 빌딩에서 불이 나 소방차 수십 대가 출동했습니다.

호텔 직원 14명이 연기를 마셔 병원으로 옮겨졌고,투숙객 200여 명이 대피하는 소동이 벌어졌습니다.

지상 38층,창원 LG 세이커스 dc갤러리높이 168미터로 제주 시내 최고층 건물인 드림타워.

소방차와 경찰차 여러 대가 줄지어 서 있습니다.

호텔 앞에는 수백 명의 투숙객들이 대피해 있고,창원 LG 세이커스 dc갤러리옷도 갈아입지 못한 채 목욕 가운 차림도 눈에 띕니다.

"옷 챙겨서 가는 와중에 갑자기 불났다고 경고 울리고 그리고 대피하라고 했는데 직원분들이 정확하게 대응을 못 해주셔서 허둥지둥하다가…"

드림타워 건물에서 불이 난 건 어제(9일) 저녁 7시 10분쯤.

건물 6층에 있는 여자 사우나에서 불이 났는데,창원 LG 세이커스 dc갤러리소방차 23대가 출동해 20분 만에 진화했습니다.

이곳 드림타워에서 불이 나면서 수백여 명이 대피하는 소동이 벌어졌는데요.

그중 14명이 연기를 흡입해 병원으로 이송된 것으로 확인됐습니다.

또,창원 LG 세이커스 dc갤러리200명이 넘는 호텔 투숙객이 대피했는데,창원 LG 세이커스 dc갤러리호텔 측의 대피 안내가 없었다며 불만을 쏟아냈습니다.

"안내도 안 되고 벨 울리는 것도 되게 늦었고,창원 LG 세이커스 dc갤러리저희가 냄새 맡은 시점으로부터 20~30분 뒤에 내려가라고 했으니까 완전 6층이 연기로 자욱한 다음에 대피를 시킨 거거든요."

소방당국은 6층 여자 사우나에 있는 건식 사우나 시설에서 불이 시작된 것으로 보고 시설 관계자 등을 상대로 화재 원인을 조사하고 있습니다.
