9일 전북경찰청 등에 따르면 전날 오후 8시께 전주시 완산구의 한 도로에서 초등학교 3학년 A군이 자전거를 몰다가 신고받고 출동한 경찰에 인계됐다.

신고자는 A군이 재학 중인 초등학교 학부모로부터 'A군이 다른 학생의 자전거를 타고 돌아다닌다'는 소식을 전해 들었고,루비카지노이후 도로에서 A군을 발견하고 경찰에 신고한 것으로 파악됐다.

당시 A군은 '엄마가 사준 것이다.제 자전거가 맞다'고 주장했다.

또 A군은 신고자가 왼쪽 뺨에 상처가 있는 이유에 관해 묻자 '엄마가 절 때렸다.욕을 했다.아침밥도 주지 않았다'고 주장했다.

A군은 현재 출석정지 상태다.학교는 지난 3일 A군이 무단 조퇴를 말리는 교감을 때리자 10일간 등교를 중지했다.

이후 전주교육지원청은 A군 보호자를 '교육적 방임에 의한 아동학대' 혐의로 경찰에 고발했다.
