방심위 "농축액 육수를 양지 직접 우린 것처럼 방송"

방송통신심의위원회 광고심의소위원회가 9일 현대홈쇼핑플러스샵의 '송훈 뼈 없는 갈비탕' 판매방송에 대해 '권고'를 의결했다.방송 시연처럼 양지를 직접 우린 물이 아니라 분쇄육을 넣은 농축액 육수를 팔았다는 이유에서다.

방심위는 또 "방송에서 안내한 상품의 모습·함량·재료·제조과정 등이 실제상품과 현저히 다른 방송내용에 대해 중점심의를 진행할 예정"이라며 "노·장년층 수요가 많은 국·탕 종류의 가정간편식 홈쇼핑 판매가 증가하면서 소비자 피해로 이어지는 규정 위반사례가 반복됨에 따른 조처"라고 밝혔다.

방심위는 도가니탕·갈비탕 상품판매방송의 최근 심의사례로 △방송에서 보여준 푸짐하고 오롯한 원육과 달리 실제상품의 원육은 지방이 대부분을 차지하고 중량도 방송내용에 못 미친 사건 △원육 농축액을 함유한 엑기스로 육수를 만들었는데도 원육을 직접 끓인 것처럼 방송한 사건 △방송에서 식품첨가물을 사실과 다르게 표현한 사건 등을 제시했다.

방심위 결정은 '문제없음',도박 관련주행정지도인 '의견제시'와 '권고',도박 관련주법정제재인 '주의'와 '경고' 또는 '프로그램 정정·수정·중지 및 관계자 징계',도박 관련주'과징금' 등으로 나뉜다.
