소아과,쿠보야스 아렌산부인과,쿠보야스 아렌내과 등 필수의료과 등의 휴진이 많으면 30% 이하여도 시장·군수 판단 아래 채증을 할 수 있다.

특히 도는 개원의 집단휴진에 따른 도민 피해 방지를 위해 44개 응급의료기관의 24시간 비상운영체계를 강화하고 공공의료기관인 순천·강진·목포의료원은 평일 2시간 연장근무를 실시하고 있다.

또 정기 처방이 필요한 만성질환자와 취약계층이 상황을 파악하지 못해 불편을 겪지 않도록 미리 처방 받도록 안내하는 등 문 여는 병·의원과 약국 정보를 도와 시·군 누리집과 응급의료정보제공(e-gen)앱을 통해 실시간으로 제공하고 있다.

나소영 도 식품의약과장은 "병·의원 휴진에 따른 도민 불편을 최소화하도록 선제적으로 대응하는 한편 정부 방침에 따른 행정조치도 차질없이 진행되도록 준비하겠다"며 "의료인에게는 도민이 제때 진료받도록 집단휴진을 자제해 줄 것 요하고 있다"고 말했다.
