(서울=연합뉴스) 김기훈 기자 = 서울주택도시공사(SH공사)는 방화동 행복주택 등 2천26세대 행복주택 입주자를 모집한다고 28일 밝혔다.

모집공고문은 이날 오후 4시 SH공사 홈페이지에 게시된다.

행복주택은 청년과 신혼부부,fc 바르셀로나 대 아틀레티코 마드리드 순위고령자 등을 대상으로 주변시세의 60∼80% 금액으로 공급하는 공공임대주택이다.

대학생·청년의 경우 6년,fc 바르셀로나 대 아틀레티코 마드리드 순위자녀가 있는 신혼부부의 경우 10년,고령자의 경우 20년까지 거주할 수 있다.

이번 공급은 고덕강일 2블록 행복주택을 포함한 신규단지 795세대와 기존 입주자 퇴거,계약 취소 등으로 발생한 잔여 공가 331세대,fc 바르셀로나 대 아틀레티코 마드리드 순위예비입주자 900세대를 대상으로 한다.

이번 모집분의 면적별 평균 보증금 및 임대료는 ▲ 전용 29㎡ 이하 보증금 5천682만원에 임대료 23만원 ▲ 전용 39㎡ 이하 보증금 1억360만원에 임대료 40만원 ▲ 전용 49㎡ 이하 보증금 1억4천440만원에 임대료 55만원 ▲ 전용 59㎡ 이하 보증금 1억7천200만원에 임대료 67만원이다.

기존 행복주택 입주자도 동일 공급 대상(계층)으로 다른 행복주택에 자유롭게 재청약이 가능하다.각각 행복주택 거주기간을 합산해 공급 대상별 최대 거주기간 제한을 받는다.

입주자 모집 공고일 기준으로 무주택세대구성원으로서 전년도 도시근로자 가구원수별 가구당 월평균 소득의 100% 이하,fc 바르셀로나 대 아틀레티코 마드리드 순위세대 총자산은 3억4천500만원 이하,세대 보유 자동차 가액은 3천708만원 이하이면 신청할 수 있다.

청약은 7월 10∼12일 SH인터넷청약 홈페이지를 통해 신청할 수 있다.

인터넷 청약이 어려운 고령자나 장애인의 경우 11∼12일 공사 방문을 통한 청약도 가능하다.

서류심사대상자와 당첨자는 각각 7월 26일과 11월 22일 발표하며,fc 바르셀로나 대 아틀레티코 마드리드 순위입주는 2025년 1월부터 가능하다.
